Great experience. Easy online service request form. They responded with follow-up questions over the weekend and scheduled with me first thing Monday. Connor and Chris were awesome. They not only dealt with my critical washer shutoff valve issue, but also fixed a leaky sink and addressed a water pressure issue for me when they were here. Great communication with home office on parts, which they drove over mid-appointment. Super friendly guys to work with. A+ group. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful experience today! To start, it was so refreshing to call and speak to someone and not a voicemail. So efficient, and showed up shortly after I made the call. We had an emergency situation with water leaking through my kitchen ceiling that turned out to be a tough one to figure out. The team that worked on my home were nothing short of amazing. They were so thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you for all of the hard work. I will absolutely recommend to all my family and friends!

TBros sent Ed to unclog my bathroom sink and replace the leaking flapper in a toilet. He arrived as scheduled, explained everything he was going to do, and took care of the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up when he was done and was very pleasant. Always good service from TBros.

Our heating system sprung a leak at the end of last week, and TBros came to the rescue, identified the problem, and fixed it as efficiently and as cleanly as possible. Both Conner O, his apprentice, and Vinny F were professional, polite, knowledgable, friendly, and kind hearted at a time when we were stressed about not having heat during a cold spell in early April. Everyone was compassionate and understanding, and answered all our questions. They were tidy, and respectful of our issue, and quick to identify and solve the problem. I can confidently say that TBros are worth it and are committed do a job well done. Even the operator at central dispatch was readily available with timelines and quick invoicing, which is also greatly appreciated. We will be calling them when needed in the future and I suggest you do as well. 5/5 would call again.

I called Tretheway with a time-sensitive matter over a holiday weekend. I spoke with Bob (the owner or co-owner, I believe), who was exceptionally thoughtful and generous with his time. He and his team were detailed, kind, and consummately professional during the entire process. I would call them back in a flash.

I love my renewed laundry room and half bath! TBros did the job efficiently and professionally. They kept me informed of steps along the way, answered my questions, and were responsive to my needs.

I needed a lot of work done: replace main hot water valve, replace both hot and cold water valves for washing machine and install a comfort height toilet. Although there was a scheduling issue, I am totally satisfied with the outcome. Vinny kept me up to-date on issues as they arose and carefully explained the sequence of work. Nothing short of amazing! I’ve had ongoing boiler issues and after getting the run around with multiple other heating companies with either comically outlandish pricing/upselling or completely flaking out all together, Trethewey Bros. really came through in the clutch. The tech Andrew came in right on time, was extremely kind and professional, and knocked out a fairly involved blower motor replacement and general boiler service in literally under an hour. I could not be more impressed by my experience with Trethewey, and the pricing was great to boot. Five Stars.

After a gas leak was found by the crew doing street line work, I called Trethewey Brothers and got a very quick response. The plumbers were efficient and were very courteous in answering questions and giving clear explanations. The people at the office too were very helpful and polite. Everyone I dealt with seemed sincerely interested in making this process as pleasant and as cost-effective as possible.

Hot water heater replacement: I called five plumbers. T Bros was the only plumber to return my call. They scheduled for the next day and showed up when they said they would. Vinny was polite and well spoken. I am satisfied with the job. I would use them again.
